Printed labels
Whatever is their function – safety, informative, signage or traceability – the labels carry important information on the use of the vehicle. Adhex labels meet drastic quality criteria that guarantee their durability and legibility throughout the life of the vehicle.
Labels provide essential information to users: choice of fuel, safety instructions, technical characteristics of the battery or engine, airbag information, etc. They can therefore be sticked to a variety of surfaces (carbody, plastics, windows, technical parts), both inside and outside the vehicle, in the passenger or engine compartment, and can be subject to various types of aggression (temperature, weather, UV, chemical exposure, etc.). Adhex has developed solutions adapted to each of these uses, guaranteeing the perfect long-term durability of the label and its adhesion to the substrate as well as the information it carries. Label texts benefit from a protection that guarantees their longevity throughout the shelf life of the vehicle: varnish, lamination film, reinforced film… Our labels, developed to measure, meet the needs of each vehicle manufacturer for each model. The Adhex teams are able to design, within short deadlines and in close collaboration with the vehicle manufacturers’ technical departments, labels that meet specific constraints. They use a variety of technical printing solutions: flexography, typography, screen printing, digital, thermal transfer… They deploy adhesive solutions that are perfectly adapted to the application substrate. Adhex can integrate in its labels data control systems using technologies such as RFID or symbologies such as QR codes, Datamatrix, numeric incrementation or Codabar, in a mastered industrial environment.

Pre-printed labels with line-edge repeat printing
Adhex designs and sells adhesive labels that can be printed by vehicle manufacturers on vehicle assembly lines. This is particularly the case for vehicle manufacturer's plates, which must be both tamper proof and highly resistant.
Traceability, security or RFID labels
RFID tags are included in a more complex part that guarantees on the one hand the industrial implementation at high rate and on the other hand the preservation and reading of the data they contain.
